Renata Silveira

Since the beginning of her career, Renata has worked in the areas of operations, risk, and investments. She accumulated 15 years of experience in these fields, having worked at BankBoston, Kinea Investimentos and BM&F Bovespa until she was Partner Director of Operations and Compliance at Reliance Asset Management for 7 years. In 2018, after the sale of Reliance to the Julius Baer Group, Renata was invited to continue as COO and member of the Executive Committee of the Julius Baer Family Office in Brazil, where she stayed until 2020. She graduated from USP in civil engineering and received her MBA in finance from IBMEC/SP and Corporate MBA from Boston School & Columbia University. Renata joined M Square in 2021 and is currently our COO & CCO.
